About Us

Jason started out as a kid mowing lawns and doing yard work in his neighborhood. His landscaping gig carried him through college and after graduating with a degree in Business he purchased an excavator and decided to continue on with a landscape construction business. When not working Jason spends time with his wife, 3 kids, 2 big dogs, 6 cats, chickens, reptiles and other miscellaneous family members. He also enjoys all things outdoors and aviation.

Estimator & Operations Manager

Jeremy knew he wanted to work in the landscaping trade since he was in middle school. He has been working with Hone Landscape Company for more than 10 years and is fundamental in the day to day operations of the company. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from Montana State University. Jeremy also has several years of in field experience as both a landscape technician and project foreman, which has made him an expert at estimating projects and overseeing operations. When not working Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and family at their beautiful property in Snohomish. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, snow shoeing and camping.

Office Manager

Marlene is probably the first person you’ll talk to if you call us at Hone Landscape. And that’s a good thing too because shes a pleasant person to speak with who does an amazing job of all that goes into managing an office. She has a lot of experience doing so as she owned a home building business with her husband for about 20 years. When not at work she enjoys playing golf with her husband, going to Kraken games, spending time with (or facetiming) her 3 kids and especially her grand kids who have been newly welcomed to the family.

Project Manager

Oscar has been working with Hone Landscape Company for more than 8 years. He worked his way up from landscape technician to foreman and currently is project manager. Oscar does the imperative work of overseeing and helping out with the day to day operations of each project. He works with the both the customers and crew members directly on a daily basis to ensure everything is running smoothly. In addition to having extensive experience in the landscape industry he is a very cordial and accommodating person to work with. When not working he spends time with his wife and 3 kids at their farm house in Carnation and takes care of a wide array of pets and critters on the farm.

Project Foreman

If you see Oscar work you’ll see why we consider him an “old pro” even though he’s still pretty young. He is an amazing equipment operator and understandably so because he’s been working in the landscaping and excavation industry for 17+ years. Oscar gets with the program and does amazing work! He’s a family man as well and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids when not at work.

Project Foreman

Roberto’s work ethic can be summed up with 3 words “pride of work”. He takes his job seriously and is exceptional at all he does. He has several years in the industry and has done most everything related to landscape construction, but if there’s any custom skills he needs to learn he’s unbelievably quick at picking them up and completing the work in an outstanding fashion. Roberto’s attention to detail and personal proclivity to do remarkable work make him a top-level performer at what he does. When not at work you might find Roberto on a hiking trail somewhere or hanging out with friends and family.

Project Foreman

Manuel has extensive experience in the landscaping industry. He started out working for companies doing landscape maintenance and worked his way into doing landscape construction. He really enjoys landscape construction work which might be part of the reason he’s excelled so much at what he does. Working with Manuel is a breeze because he cares about his work and is very enjoyable to work with. When not working you’ll find Manuel spending time with his wife and kids at their home in Monroe.
